K3's Insurance Agency provides direct lending services to qualified businesses. All lending products are subject to credit approval and verification of information provided. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
When you apply for our services, you authorize us to obtain and review your business credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant information to evaluate your creditworthiness. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or any specific terms. Final loan terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and amounts, are determined based on our underwriting criteria and may differ from initial estimates or discussions.
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by K3's Insurance Agency and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotional schedule. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier's rates will apply.
